Health is a cross-cutting issue throughout the comprehensive assessment on water management in agriculture.
It is not adressed in an individual chapter but is profiled in the thematic chapters of the assessment. More emphasis is put on health in the irrigation and rainfed systems, and the linkages with poverty as well as low quality water.
