
Martin Keulertz is a PhD researcher in the Department of Geography at King’s College London. His research analyses the recent surge of foreign direct investment in East Africa from a water security perspective. Currently based in the Middle East, he researches the alternatives to demand-side water management in the Middle East through investments in sub-Saharan Africa. He is one the editors of the Handbook of Land and Water Grabs: Foreign Direct Investment and Food and Water Security (Routledge 2012).
