The project aims to assess the impact of projected climate change and future infrastructure development on the flow of the Kabul River using the Hec-GeoHMS model (rainfall runoff) and Water Evaluation and Planning WEAP model. The use of these models will point out the shortcomings in data, its availability and quality so that an effort could be made to overcome these issues in future.
