Noah Kittner holds a PhD in Energy and Resources from the University of California at Berkeley. The project on peace and energy, which was presented at the WLE Greater Mekong Forum in Yangon in October of 2017, is supported by the Program on Conflict, Green Development, and Climate Change and University of Tokyo Policy Alternatives Research Institute.
