Cyril Ferrand is the Head of Office of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) in the West Bank and Gaza Strip. He is an agronomist and has worked for the Emergency and Rehabilitation Division of FAO since 1999, previously working with ACF. Throughout his career, he has covered in major humanitarian crises in Kosovo, Afghanistan, South Sudan and Somalia.
