
Dr. Angelica V Ospina is a research associate at the University of Manchester’s School of Environment, Education and Development (SEED). She specializes on ICTs and climate change resilience, and was the Research Coordinator of the project ‘Climate Change, Innovation and ICTs’. Her current work is focused on the development of RABIT: Resilience Assessment Benchmarking and Impact Toolkit, which is being tested in Costa Rica and Uganda.
