As you state, IWRM was a noble cause, only to be high-jacked by water people, thus sidelining others. So now how can we prevent this from happening to the nexus?. 2. If we package the Nexus as a populist drive (more food,electricity to the people), will the environment be seen as equally important?. It is our hope that the 'Nexus' will not turn to be another buzzword!!.
