Climate-smart agriculture (see https://www.fao.org/climatechange/climatesmart/en/) is an approach which combines the 3 objectives of food security, adaptation to and mitigation of climate change. And yes, it is particularly relevant at landscape scale, because this is the scale where tradeoffs between adaptation and mitigation are easier to achieve.
