But it will require a strong team linking a variety of institutions into a strong partnership, with sufficient resources, flexibility and time to demonstrate the potential convincingly. Work is needed on the demand as well as supply side: in Bihar and West Bengal the aquifer is under-used. It may have implications for the Indus as well. I hope WLE is going to pursue this.
