UTFI, an innovative landscape-based solution for addressing multiple water variability related challenges (floods, droughts, groundwater depletion), and enhancing the resilience and livelihoods of smallholder communities, is being demonstrated and evaluated in depth across diverse settings. This is intended to create the evidence-base needed to gain acceptance and support the uptake of UTFI interventions by policy and decision makers in South Asia and Southeast Asia.
