Paul is a senior hydrogeology researcher at the International Water Management Institute (IWMI) and the CGIAR Research Program on Water, Land and Ecosystems (WLE).
His areas of expertise include groundwater assessment and management, conjunctive water use, urban hydrology & water reuse, agricultural water management and managed aquifer recharge.
He is based in Vientiane, Laos.
