Paul is a communications consultant and writer working for the CGIAR Research Program on Water, Land & Ecosystems (WLE).
Paul holds an MSc in Anthropology and the Ecology of Development, for which he carried out fieldwork on post-conflict farming in the eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo. He has also co-authored a book on disasters, and written articles for a variety of popular and academic publications.
