Mike Muller is a Visiting Adjunct Professor in the University of the Witwatersrand Graduate School of Governance and was a Commissioner of South Africa’s first National Planning Commission. He is a professional engineer, public sector manager, and policy innovator. Muller was formerly Director-General at the Department of Water Affairs and Forestry in South Africa, where he led policy and legislative reform and transformative national water programmes.
