
Tushaar Shah, an economist and public policy specialist, is Senior Fellow with the International Water Management Institute (IWMI) and works out of Anand in western India. Shah has published extensively on water and agricultural policies in South Asia and comparative analyses of water and groundwater governance in South Asia, China, Mexico and Sub-Saharan Africa. His recent work includes Taming the Anarchy: Groundwater Governance in South Asia published by the Resources for the Future Press, Washington.
