Mark Dubois is a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow and Officer in Charge (Cambodia) at WorldFish. Mark has over 15 years of leadership experience working with conservation, development and research organizations in Europe and the Mekong Region. A lot of this work has focused on the interface between science, society and policy, seeking more democratic decision-making, appropriate and responsive policies and supporting capabilities for positive social change. This has necessitated working intensively across disciplines (livelihoods, conservation, research and development), sectors (community, civil society and state) and scales (from local to global).
