Rashmi Kiran Shrestha is an independent researcher who completed her Master’s in water resource management at UESCO-IHE Delft, the Netherlands. She has been working on water, energy and the environment for over 10 years with different organizations, including ICIMOD, Lumanti and NGO FORUM.
