Noa Gutterman is a recent graduate of Smith College and a current Fulbright scholar in Addis Ababa, studying gender and agriculture. She works with the International Water Management Institue and the CGIAR Research Program on Water, Land and Ecosystems to develop and strengthen gender capacity projects, both for Ethiopia and for the global WLE platform.
